Writer, Educator, Performance Artist
Stephen Douglas Wright is an author, educator and performance artist. His poems, plays, and short stories have received publications and productions around the world. As an actor, he has been seen in productions in Taiwan and the US.
Raised in Troy, MI, Stephen later moved to Grand Rapids, MI, where he attended Aquinas College and graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in political science, philosophy, and theater (with a performance emphasis).
During his time in Grand Rapids, he developed his skills and passions for writing, performing and educating, while working extensively with people with disabilities teaching life-skills and providing managerial support.
Stephen currently lives in Taiwan, where he teaches drama.
